FIVES DTS is looking to hire a Computer Technician for opportunities with a construction engineering company in Toledo, OH.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all onsite technical support
- Troubleshoot Windows Client Operating Systems Win7/8/10
- Troubleshoot Printer issues
- Perform Hardware and Software installations
- Troubleshoot Hardware and Software issues
- Follow instructions from Team Lead
- Must be able to work well with and adapt to end user needs
- Work with Antivirus products and perform machine maintenance
- Understand disk drive array systems
Qualifications
- Experience in computer support or customer service
Education
- Bachelors degree in a computer related field and basic experience, or an Associates degree in a computer related field with three years of experience required
