FIVES DTS is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer for opportunities with a construction engineering company in Lima, OH.

Responsibilities
  • Perform HVAC load calculations, ductwork static pressure calculations, and pump head calculations
  • Provide engineering and 3D Revit support for multiple projects that include HVAC, piping, plumbing and fire protection
Qualifications
  • OSHA 10/30 hour Construction Certificate preferred
  • Incumbent must be OSHA Construction Certified
  • Experience with, and the ability to size HVAC equipment, duct and ancillary equipment, and hydronic and utility piping/plumbing systems
  • Knowledge and experience using AutoCAD, REVIT and Microstation preferred, as well as Microsoft Software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience working on Automotive, Manufacturing, and Commercial projects is preferred
Education
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
